I wanted to get my new car under my Insurance but not one person was available And I couldn’t get in online ! So now I have to wait until Monday to get my new car !

Omni Insurance Group - Worst service ever had employees pitiful

I've been rear-ended by someone with Omni insurance my truck has been done for 2 days it's going to sit over the weekend so it's 4 days it's been done cannot get anybody to respond the adjuster's been off 10 days his name is Brian gustus

Omni Insurance Group - Customer Service

Im writing this because I have plenty of time as I am on hold again. First time on hold was 56 minutes. When I finally spoke with someone she hung up after asking my phone number. So Im on hold again. I was going to add my sons car to my insurance but now Im cancelling my policy. Ridiculous customer service. Yup still on hold. Guess they figure people have 2 hours to wait for help
