This company is a joke. The person over my claim (Gail Scurry) was very rude.
Even before that, the accident happened over a month when their insuree backed into my car. I am still in the process of getting things handled. They do not return calls nor do they communicate well with the repair shops. They sent a check to the wrong address and my car couldnt be released until so.
Further more, im left without any car because they wouldnt cover the rental.
An Overall mess. I am very upset and beyond fustrated.
