A Driver insured through omni was under the influence of alcohol and caused me to total my car on Christmas. Me, My Husband and MotherInLaw was injured and had to spend Christmas Day in the E.R and Multiple days following going back to the Hospital due to pain and blood clots.

My husband who works very hard to provide for our family has had no vehicle and is unable to get a rental due to the lack of courtesy of Omni. It as been a week and a half. I have called everyday and no contact or response from the claims agent.

What is someone to do? I have hired a lawyer and they can't even seem to get in touch with Omni.
