One of their customers caused a 3 car accident on Aug 3, 2018. My vehicle was the last vehicle hit.

He slammed the other car into my truck so hard that the truck bed literally folded under.

As of today, Aug 28th, I have had NO contact with Omni insurance.

My phone calls all go to voice mail, and no one ever returns them, or I get a customer service rep who tells me she can't help me. That I have to speak to the claims adjuster, who isn't returning my calls.

Neither my insurance company, or the other persons insurance company, have been able to get a response from them either.
